Digitaline IPTV Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to this website (digitalineiptvs.org), to Digitaline IPTV subscriptions and trials, and to the help our team provides. Please read them carefully. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, ordering, using a trial or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the service.

2. Eligibility and account information

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement where you live. You agree to give accurate contact and order information. You are responsible for protecting the usernames, passwords, playlist links, portal details and other credentials supplied to you.

3. Service access and devices

Digitaline IPTV is an internet streaming (IPTV) service. A subscription gives you personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable access for the length and the number of devices you selected. You watch in a compatible player app on your own device, using Xtream Codes details or an M3U playlist link.

Each subscription allows the number of devices you purchased to watch at the same time, from 1 to 3. A player left running on another screen counts toward that limit. Sharing your account beyond the number of devices you paid for may lead to a temporary suspension of your access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • share, resell or redistribute access;
  • publish credentials, portal addresses, playlist links or other private access information;
  • copy, record, retransmit, scrape, reverse-engineer or commercially exploit the service;
  • try to bypass device limits, security controls or access restrictions;
  • use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity;
  • interfere with networks, servers, other users or the operation of the service.

5. Content and availability

The service is provided as available. It may be interrupted during maintenance windows, and we do not promise a specific uptime figure. Channel names, categories, schedules, movies, series, picture quality and regional availability may change without notice, and source problems, internet-provider restrictions, device limits or circumstances outside our control may affect availability. We do not guarantee that every listed item will remain continuously available. See also our Disclaimer.

6. Devices, applications and internet

You are responsible for a compatible device, a stable internet connection and any third-party player app needed for access. Third-party app charges are separate from Digitaline IPTV subscriptions. We do not control third-party applications, device makers, internet providers, or their updates and policies.

7. Orders, prices and payments

You order through WhatsApp, using the order buttons on this site; the steps are on the how to order page. Prices, device counts and plan lengths are shown on the IPTV subscription page and confirmed by our team before you pay. We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal and cryptocurrency. Your login details and setup instructions are sent to you after your payment is confirmed.

8. Plan length and contracts

Plans run for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and are paid once for the whole period you choose. There is no contract: you choose whether to renew, and your service stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If you want to keep watching after your plan ends, message us on WhatsApp.

9. Trials

You can ask for a free trial on WhatsApp to test the service on your device before you order. Trials are offered on request: our team confirms whether a trial is available and its details. More information is on the IPTV free trial page.

10. Suspension and termination

Sharing an account beyond the purchased number of devices may lead to a temporary suspension of access. We may also suspend or end access in case of fraud, resale of access or another serious breach of these terms.

11. Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable. You can choose not to renew at the end of your plan, and your service stays active until the period you paid for ends. Details are in our Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights where you live continue to apply.

12. Intellectual property

The Digitaline IPTV name, this website's design, original text, graphics and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks (devices, apps, channels) belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on this site does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and the service are provided on an "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, device problems, internet outages or third-party failures. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected subscription.

14. Changes and governing rules

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or the law. Updated terms apply from the date they are posted on this page, except where the law requires additional notice. These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the business providing the service, without removing any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.
